Fall Semester 2024

February 1, 2024: New student applications open
March 15, 2024: Summer Application Priority Deadline
April 15, 2024: Priority Deadline for Fall Semester 2024
April 16-18: Laker Village Residents Keeping Same Room Will be Assigned
April 22, 2024: Laker Village Room Selection Period begins
July 1, 2024: Laker Village Room Selection period ends
August 8: Move-in Day for Laker Hall, 11AM – 7PM.
Move in for all housing fees paid ONLY and fulltime enrolled residents
August 9: Move-in Day for Laker Village (new/returning residents), 11AM – 7PM.
Move in for all housing fees paid ONLY and fulltime enrolled residents
August 10: Move-in Day for All residents (new/returning residents), 11AM – 2PM.

September 30 - October 11: Health and Safety Inspection Period
September 2: University Housing office closed in observance of Labor Day
October 4: Second Session Move-in Day
October 7 - 18: Second Session Housing No Show and Roster Verification Period
November 1: Cancellation Request Deadline for Spring Term
November 20-24: Thanksgiving Break
December 10: Final Move-out Day for Graduating Seniors and Spring Cancellations

Spring Semester 2025

December 16: Early Fee Payment Deadline for Early Registration
January 10: Move-in Day for Spring 2025 Residents, 9AM – 4PM
Laker Hall and Laker Village new move-ins for Spring 2023, 9a.m.-4p.m.
January 10 – 31: Housing No Show and Roster Verification period
January 16: Final Fee Payment Deadline
February 1: Academic Year 2025-2026 Housing Applications Available
February 24 - March 7: Health and Safety Inspection Period
April 1: Cancellation Request Deadline for Summer Term
March 8 - March 14: Spring Break
March 14: Second Session Move-in Day, 9AM - 4PM
March 18: Final Fee Payment Deadline for Second Short Session
May 6 - 12: Final Exams
May 13: Final Move-out Day for Graduating Seniors and Summer Cancellations

Summer Semester 2025

May 23: Move-in Day for Summer 2025 Residents, 9AM – 4PM
May 27: Summer Semester Weekday Classes Begin
May 26: University Housing office closed in observance of Memorial Day
June 19: University Housing office closed in observance of Juneteenth
TBD: Summer Bridge/ Early Start Freshman Move-in Day at Laker Hall, 9AM - 4PM.
July 4: University Housing office closed in observance of Independence Day
July 30: Move-out Day for Summer 2025 Residents. All residents must move out by 12PM (noon)
